A multi-tasker who can analyze and prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
An architect of the client experience, designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts and accounts.
Discreet. You can keep all company and customer information confidential.
An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing.

Additional Details:
This position requires 40 hours per week, self-scheduled between Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, and Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time. To ensure coverage, a minimum of 8 hours on Monday and 5 hours on Saturday are required.
You must have successfully completed a Client Account Manager internship within the past 6 months or be at the end of your internship to apply.
Bilingual (Spanish) Client Account Manager needed.
