Job description
Our mission is to help the world work Anywhere, and we’re excited to share a new opportunity to join our Client Experience team.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries.
As a purpose-driven organisation, we are passionate about the power of people and the importance of creating connections. That’s why we pledge to always use real people (not bots) in customer-facing interactions.
We’re so passionate in fact, that we created our very own campaign - take a look here!
The Role
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.
Job requirements
So, what do we look for?
First and foremost, we want people who care. We’re passionate about delivering happiness -and you should be too. Say it with a smile.
We strive for the best: the best people, providing the best service.
We’re looking for individuals who have a desire to learn and grow. We know that learning is an ongoing journey, which is why you’ll receive paid learning time every week to focus on your development.
If you’re highly motivated and have great attention to detail, you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
What’s in it for you?
Amazing colleagues and an environment where things get done
Pay starts at £12.30 per hour, with increases in line with National Minimum Wage (NMW) adjustments
A fantastic training programme that equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed - and helps you connect with other new starters from day one
The freedom and comfort of working from your own home office
Dedicated paid learning time every single week to focus on your growth
Time to give back, with 2 paid volunteer days per year
When will you work?
The business operates 24/7, all year round. The position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, which must include 6 hours every Friday and Saturday.
There is also the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability.
You’ll be able to self-schedule your shifts, giving you flexibility to choose when you work, while ensuring cover during the times the business needs it most.
Your first day with us – and the start of training – will be Monday, 13th October 2025. Please note this date is fixed and cannot be changed.
You must be free to attend the full two weeks of training.

Instead of a cover letter, we’d love you to submit a short, 2-minute introduction video so we can get to know you better (because let’s face it - cover letters are a thing of the past!).
The next stage is a short interview with our recruitment team. If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to complete some online skills testing.
