We’re looking for a Finance Officer (Properties) to join our global finance team at AnywhereWorks.

You’ll play a key role in managing the financial operations of our property portfolio, while also supporting wider finance activities across the business. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, work with global stakeholders, and make a real impact in a remote-first company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing property bookkeeping and tenant invoicing

  • Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks

  • Preparing monthly reports and reviewing property performance

  • Supporting reconciliations (bank, expenses, credit cards)

  • Assisting with internal reporting and dashboards

  • Collaborating with global teams and external partners

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

  • £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

  • 40 hours per week (flexible/negotiable) - Monday to Friday

  • Typically 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm (to align with global teams)

Start date: As soon as possible, with flexibility to accommodate notice periods

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role

  • Strong understanding of reconciliations and P&L reporting

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in working with financial data and spreadsheets

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

  • Working towards an accounting qualification

  • Exposure to US accounting standards or property accounting
